Next, find out who the key stakeholders are and meet them for your specific role. For instance, if you enter a company as a Client Service Manager, find out who are the key business leaders in your position you will be supporting. Another tip is to get a work mate to help you get off on the right foot at the new job. This should be a peer working on the same team as you, or working in the same department as you.
